IMMIGRATION PRACTICE MANAGER
Overview:
The Danquah Law Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Immigration Practice Manager to lead daily case operations at its boutique Atlanta-based immigration firm. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a seasoned immigration law professional ready to step into a supervisory capacity, overseeing staff workflows, deadline tracking, and case management from intake through closure. The Practice Manager works closely with attorneys, chief operating officer, paralegals, and support staff to keep a high-volume immigration practice running efficiently and on time. This is a non-attorney role; legal advice and final review remain under attorney supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end immigration case workflow across intake, document collection, preparation, filing, and case closure

Track deadlines, government notices, missing documents, and stalled matters across the full caseload

Coordinate and assign tasks to paralegals, case processors, legal assistants, and administrative staff

Prepare case-status, workflow, and productivity reports for firm leadership

Support quality-control procedures to ensure files are complete before attorney review and filing

Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive process improvements across case-management systems

Communicate with clients on administrative case status and escalate legal questions to attorneys
Ideal Candidate:
Legal operations professional with 3–5 years of immigration law firm experience, a strong grasp of immigration case workflows, and proven team-lead or supervisory ability. Familiarity with family-based, employment-based, humanitarian, or removal defense matters is a plus. Bilingual ability and a paralegal background are assets.
Compensation: $56,870–$67,189 annually, with 401(k), health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parking, and bonus eligibility. Exceptional candidates may be considered above range.
