IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL

Overview:
Immigration Paralegals will work closely with attorneys to prepare high-quality immigration filings, manage client communication, gather evidence, and track case progress. This position is central to the client experience and requires precision, empathy, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare USCIS, NVC, EOIR, and consular filings

  • Manage client relationships through regular updates and communication

  • Collect, organize, and analyze evidence for cases

  • Prepare attorney-ready packets for filings, hearings, and responses

  • Maintain deadlines, case calendars, and document management systems

Ideal Candidate:
Previous immigration experience preferred but not required. Excellent multitasking ability, strong writing skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
