WHAT IS FAMILY IMMIGRATION?

Family-based immigration allows U.S. citizens and green card holders to sponsor close relatives for lawful permanent residency. It is one of the most common immigration routes and helps families establish long-term security in the United States.
There are two primary categories of family-based immigration:

Immediate Relatives of U.S. Citizens (not subject to visa limits):
  • Spouses of U.S. citizens

  • Unmarried children under 21 years old

  • Parents of U.S. citizens (petitioner must be 21 or older)

Family Preference Categories (subject to annual visa caps):
  • F1: Unmarried adult children of U.S. citizens

  • F2A: Spouses and unmarried children (under 21) of lawful permanent residents

  • F2B: Unmarried adult children of lawful permanent residents

  • F3: Married children of U.S. citizens

  • F4: Siblings of U.S. citizens

OUR FAMILY BASED IMMIGRATION SERVICES

We offer a wide range of immigration solutions for employers, professionals, and investors seeking to live and work in the United States:

Adjustment of Status

We assist U.S. citizens and green card holders in sponsoring eligible family members for permanent residency. If your relative is already in the United States, we guide them through the adjustment of status process to obtain a green card without leaving the country.

Consular Processing

We guide our clients through the immigration process when their relatives live abroad, assisting with every step from petition approval to the visa interview at a U.S. consulate or embassy.

Fiancé(e) Visas

We help U.S. citizens bring their foreign fiancé(e) to the United States to get married. After the marriage, we guide them through the process to apply for permanent residency.

Removal of Conditions on Residency

We assist individuals with conditional green cards in filing the proper application to remove their residency conditions and secure a standard ten-year green card.

Waivers of Inadmissibility

We evaluate cases where a relative may be inadmissible and help prepare a waiver application to overcome legal barriers and continue the immigration process.
