Abdullah Talha Tosun

Abdullah Talha Tosun is an associate attorney at The Danquah Law Group, LLC, where he represents clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment-based visas, asylum, and deportation defense. With legal experience in both the United States and Turkey, attorney Tosun brings a global perspective and deep cultural understanding to his work with immigrant communities.

Originally from Turkey, attorney Tosun earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Istanbul University in 2021. He began his career at LP Legal, an immigration law firm in Istanbul, where he assisted clients with Turkish citizenship and investment-based residency matters.

Driven to expand his legal education and impact, attorney Tosun moved to the U.S. and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Georgia School of Law,, a top 20 U.S. law school. During his time at UGA, he served as a graduate assistant at UGA Immigration Services, supporting employment-based immigration filings, including EB-1 and EB-2 green card petitions.

After completing his LL.M., he passed the New York State Bar Exam and became a licensed attorney in January 2025. At The Danquah Law Group, he has expanded his practice beyond business immigration to include asylum claims, family petitions, and deportation defense.
